Introduction

I don't usually have all the fresh vegetables that are called for in homemade soups, but I do usually have light vegetable soups...Campbell's select harvest are good. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 full can Campbell's Select Harvest vegetable medley, broth drained

    1 full can Campbell's select harvest italian style vegetable soup, broth drained

    1 or 2 cups chopped fresh cabbage

    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

    4 cups chicken broth

    1 pkg Onion soup mix

    black pepper and hot sauce to taste

Directions

combine ingredients in 2 quart sauce pan and simmer for 1 hour, season to taste
