Ingredients

    2 lbs ground chuck
    2 eggs-lightly beaten
    1/2 c milk
    1/4 bread crumbs

    Optional: 1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup

Directions

Mix all ingredients w/ McCormick meatloaf seasoning. Form into a loaf and place in glass dish. Place in preheated oven (375 degrees) Cook anywhere from 60-75 minutes depending on how thick your loaf is.
