Ingredients

    2 slices of bread
    4 slices oven roasted chicken breast
    2 slices of tomato
    1 oz. feta cheese crumbles
    1 oz. sprouts
    1 tbsp Mayo

    You can skip the chicken and add mushrooms for a vegetarian option.

Directions

Spread the mayo on both slices of bread

Add sprouts to one slice of bread
Sprinkle feta on sprouts

Add tomatoes to the other slice
Add chicken breast on top of the tomato

Assemble sandwich, and enjoy.
