1 1/2c. Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice
3 1/2c. beef stock (low sodium)
1 1/2 pound flank steak
1 pkt Szechwan mix (or Kung Pao mix)
1 1/2c. frozen peas
2 scallions sliced
1 T. soy sauce (low sodium)
3 T Teriyaki sauce
Cut steak against the grain into thin strips. Sprinkle 1T szechwan mix on steak. Place on top of rice mixture.
In a bowl, combine peas & scallions. In small bowl, mix the rest of the szechwan mix, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Pour over peas and mix. Pour pea mixture over beef in crock pot.
Cover & cook on low 3 - 5 hours.
Serves 6 generously.
