I substituted no stick spray for oil in the browning step. Served this on whole grain tortillas with Spanish rice on the side. My whole family really liked it. Do try to find a low-sodium seasoning mix though, most pre-packaged ones are very high sodium. - 3/16/07

  • Served with homemade tortillas with no oil or lard in them. Browned in spray, also. Very good. Served with rice cooked in chicken broth, diced tomatoes and a little of the seasoning from the chicken. My husband said, "Yeah... I'd eat this again." SUCCESS! - 10/8/07

  • Excellent. I substituted no stick spray for oil. Used extra lean ground beef instead of chicken and used low carb tortillas. I also added the sour cream and tomatoes into the mix instead of garnishing. Very tasty! - 5/6/07
