Ingredients

    1 cup raw cauliflower per person
    1 TBS canola oil
    Dried herbs to season, your choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cover cookie sheet with foil.
Cut cauliflower into small flowerets or slice into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with oil, then herbs.
roast in oven 20 minutes.
