3 tins (drained, rinsed) of Pam's 4 bean mix
170g green beans, washed, topped and tailed, cut into 5cm lengths
3 small ripe tomatoes, diced
1 green capsicum, seeded and diced
2/3 of a telegraph cucumber (about 250g), diced
50g green olives, pitted and chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
2 tsp dijon mustard
0.5 cup Eta French Lite and Free dressing
Pepper and salt to taste (and other herbs as desired - not included in nutrition calculation)
Makes 7 serves of 260g each.
