-
48 won ton wrappers
1 lb ground pork
4 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
3 scallions, chopped very small
2 tsp cornstarch

6 drops hot sauce
Directions
Mix the ground pork with the ginger, scallions, cornstarch, soy sauce & hot sauce. Make sure to incorporate the ingredients evenly.
Put approximately 1 teaspoon of pork mixture into each wonton. Fold 2 opposite corners together, sealing with water. Take the 2 "arms" jutting out, & fold them together, sealing with water.
Boil water in a large pot that has a steamer basket. Spray the steamer basket with cooking spray. Put down 1 even row of won tons, not overlapping, with a little space between them. Cover the steamer basket & cook for 3 minutes.
