Pork Chops w/ Mushroom Sauce

Quick and easy, tasty prok dish that the family enjoys! I adapted this recipe from a Campbell's recipe. This one actually makes extra gravy to serve over the rice. Ingredients

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1lb lean pork chops, 1/4" thick
1 tbsp olive oil
1tbsp flour
1 med onion sliced
1 can cond cream of mushroom soup
1c milk
(for rice)
1c long grain rice, uncooked
1c water
1c chicken broth (or just use all water for plain rice)
Directions
MIX garlic powder, paprika and dried thyme.
Coat pork with mixture.
HEAT oil in skillet. Cook chops until done.
Remove from pan.
Cook onion in oil remaining in pan until tender.
Coat onion with flour. Cook 2 mins.
Add Milk.
MIX in soup.
ADD Pork Chops back in.
FOR RICE:
Cook according to directions using;
1c rice
1c water
1c broth
*use just 2c plain water for plain rice.
Suggestion:
Served steamed veggies on the side for a perfect compliment to this meal.
