Ingredients

    2 LBS GROUND BEEF 96/4
    1/2 CUP EACH ONION,CARROTS, CELERY
    3/4 CUP V8 LOW SODUIM JUICE
    1 LARGE EGG & 1 EGG WHITE
    1/2 CUP PANKO CRUMBS OR BREAD CRUMBS
    SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE ( I USE AMAZING TASTE FOR BURGERS)

    GLAZE
    1/2 CUP KETCHUP
    1 TSP MUSTARD
    1 1/2 TSP BROWN SUGAR BLEND OR 3 TSP BROWN SUGAR

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER EXCEPT GLAZE INGREDIETNS AND FORM INTO LOAF COVER AND BAKE 40 MINUTES UNCOVER AND REMOVE FROM OVEN BRUSH GLAZE ALL OVER MEATLOAF AND FINISH BAKING 10-15 MINUTES

SLICE INTO 8 EQUAL SERVINGS
