Veggie Rice

Ingredients

    *Acme Mixed Vegetables (Corn ,Green Beans, Lima Beans, Peas, Carrots, Salt), 2.25 cup (remove)
    *Publix Instant Brown Rice, 3 cup (remove)
    *Wegmans Light Garlic Italian Dressing (2 tbsp), 1.5 serving (remove)

Directions

Boil veggies in 3 cups of water. When almost done at dressing and rice. Boil for 5 minutes. Then turn off burner and let sit for 5 minutes covered. Makes about 5 1 cup servings.
