Tater Tot Casserole (no cheese)

Introduction

I have 4 teenage boys, so when I make this I make a lot! =] I use a lot of venison (elk & deer) when I cook, but you can obviously use lean ground beef as well. My family isnt big on cheese, so my version does not use it, but many do. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs elk burger
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can grean beans
    1 family size can mushroom soup
    1 2 lb bag tater tots

Directions

Brown meat, drain off any fat. Add vegetables and soup and mix well. Season as desired (I just use ground pepper, salt and garlic). Spread mixture in 9x13 baker and top with entire bag of tots. Bake at recommended temp and time for the tots. Enjoy =]
