Pork roast vegetable soup

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    32oz container beef broth
    2 cups frozen corn
    2 cups frozen carrots
    1 1/2c frozen green beans
    1 1/2c frozen peas
    10 oz cooked shredded pork roast
    1 large onion sliced
    2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 small can tomato sauce

Directions

Take all ingredients and add to crockpot. Cook on low for appx 8 hours until potatoes tender. Can add water if not enough fluid to cover all the vegetables. I make this with leftovers of a pork or beef roast for another meal the next day, saving the broth/juice of the cooked roast. Makes appx 15 1 cup servings.
