Ingredients

    2 cups flour+ for surface
    2 cups buttermilk
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. salt
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    2 tbsp. crisco shortening + tbsp. for pan


Directions

preheat oven to 425 degrees put cookie sheet in oven with 1 tbsp. crisco to melt. warm buttermilk 30 sec. warm flour 20 sec. add baking powder, sugar, salt to buttermilk. add in the flour. add shortening with hands until moist and sticky turn out onto floured surface nead as minimal as possible to roll out flat cut into circles. take cookie sheet out of oven pour out melted shortening into small cup place cut biscuits onto cookie sheet with a spoon make a small dint in biscut place tsp. of melted crisco on top bake for about 20 min. or until lite golden brown spray with butter last 3 or 4 min. makes 12 med. biscuits
