Beef, top sirloin, 1 lb.
Olive oil, 1 Tbsp
*Cole Slaw, Fresh Express, 1.5 cup
1 Zuccini, chopped
1 Summer Squash, chopped
*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
Pic Sweet Seasoning Blend 'onion,celery,peppers', 1 c.
Dried Lentils, 1 cup
3 c. beef boullion cubes in water.
Cinnamon, ground, dash
Nutmeg, ground, dash
Pepper, black, 1 dash
*Heinz 57 Sauce, 1 tbsp
1 Bay Leaf
Add spices to taste. Serve hot with cheese toast, corn muffins or peanut butter sandwich- your choice.

oh, well. You can't please everyone:( This is if your on a high activity fitness level as I am. It is if your basis is on a 100 gram carb a day diet as I am. Any suggestions to lower it more & still be edible are welcomed. I'd be glad to use for those in induction.
