Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken breasts
    Flour
    Romano Cheese
    S/P
    Egg
    Water
    Olive Oil

Directions

Whisk the egg and water together
Pound out chicken breasts until at most 1/2 inch thick (you want it thin)
Season the flour with S/P (or other herbs) and coat the chicken lightly
Dip in egg and cover with shredded Romano
Place in frying pan on med high, with olive oil
Cook until golden brown.

I think best served with red sauce (like a roasted garlic spaghetti sauce).
