Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Introduction

Adapted from a grilled pizza dough recipe in SELF. Adapted from a grilled pizza dough recipe in SELF.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 1 1/8 tsp. yeast
    - 5/8 cup hot water
    - 1 1/2 tsp molasses
    - 1 tbsp olive oil
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 1 1/4 c. white whole wheat flour
    - 5/8 c. unbleached flour

Directions

Combined water, yeast and molasses in a small bowl. Mix and let set for 10 minutes.

Mix in olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Combine flours and water mixture and knead until elastic (this can be done in a food processor). Roll out, top with desired toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
