Southern Turkey Fusion

Introduction

Like always a work in progress, and just randomly created. Like always a work in progress, and just randomly created.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Jennie-O Lean ground Turkey
    1 can Black beans, drained
    2 Stalks of celery, chopped
    2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1 Sweet roasted red pepper
    1 tbsp Cumin (more if desired)
    6 cups of rice
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Make your rice on the side.

Grey the turkey. Add black beans, celery, cumin, tomatoes, and peppers. Stir together, and let cure for 5-10 minutes.

Serve on 1 cup of rice. Should make around 6 servings give or take
