Ingredients

    6 plum tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped
    3 tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
    1 tbsp shallot, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    2 fresh jalapenos, seeded & minced
    1 oz lime juice
    1 tsp each - salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions

mix all ingredients - can adjust as needed. is wonderful after refrigerated overnight!
