Ingredients

Egg substitute or if you prefer the real thing is okay too, egg whites would also work (1 egg or equivalent)
2tbsp Reduced fat Peanut butter
2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie bread.
Directions
Makes one sandwich. Cook egg or egg substitute fully. Toast two slices of bread and spread on peanut butter add egg to middle and enjoy

When I go to the gym, everyone drops their dumbells. That's because they're checking out my muscles. Sometimes the dumbells land on their feet and I feel bad. That's the downside to eating this peanut butter and egg sandwich: Sometimes your muscles make people hurt their feet. But it's worth it.

My first reaction is EWWWWWWWW *shiver*. But I will try it! Last summer someone told be about peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches and I had the same reaction, but truthfully, I went home and tried it, it wasn't bad. Not my favorite, but not bad. It is decent when I want something different.

This is one of my very favorite protien packed breakfasts! My parents made these for me as a child and I've passed it on to my kids. The combination goes together perfectly naturally to me, but most people won't even try it. I suggest giving this a shot - you just never know! Thx Wannabfit34! - 11/14/08
