Individual Meatloafs

Introduction

Great when you want meatloaf but don't have over an hour to prepare supper-relatively low in calories too! Great when you want meatloaf but don't have over an hour to prepare supper-relatively low in calories too!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup, dry, yields
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet
    *A1 steak Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Egg white, 2 serving
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 6 tbsp


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients, leaving out ketchup, in a mixing bowl. Be sure to mix well. Seperate mixture into 8 individual servings and shape into small loaves. Bake for about 30 minutes and then top with 1 Tbsp. ketchup each. These are GREAT for leftover meatloaf sandwiches or leave the ketchup off and freeze them for individual servings later. Serves 8.
