Creamed Potaotes

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a medium saucepan. Cover with water. Add salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat, and cook until potatoes cut easily with a spoon. Drain water, saving 1/2 cup potato water-set to the side. Add remaining ingredients. Using a mixer, mix at medium speed until most of the lumps are gone. Use saved potatoe water to adjust consistency of potatoes until they are as thick or as thin as you want them.
