Faked Potato Soup

Ingredients

    5 baking potatoes
    4 cups chicken broth

Directions

Chop potatoes and bring to a boil in broth. Boil until very soft. Remove 1/2 to 2/3 of liquid and blend potatoes in remaining broth; add additional liquid as needed to reach creamy consistency.

Serve with chives and cheese
