This is a good side dish or dessert as well as a snack when you have to give in to your sweet tooth but watching sugar intake. It also helps get in fruit. Ingredients

Cherry Jell-O (3oz pkg of 4 {1/2 cup} servings), 4 serving
1 cup boiling water
Lucky Leaf Lite Cherry pie filling (no sugar) 20 oz can of 7 {1/3 c servings}, 7 serving
Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, sliced
Directions
Boil the water and add the jello. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 can pie filling and sliced bananas. Stir to mix well. Refrigerate until time to serve. This probably won't set like jello due to the nature of the pie filling.
Serve as is or add whipped topping.
Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings of 96.5 cal. each.
You can lower the calories by substituting sugar free jello at 8 cal. per serving.
