1 medium onion finely diced
1 ib ground turkey
3 Weet Bix, crushed
herbs or spices of choice I use thai seasoning
2. Spray a frypan with olive oil and fry rissoles until brown on one side, turn and brown on other side.
Serve hot with stir fry vegetables and honey soy sauce or with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
Tip. To prevent breaking up only turn once.
