Introduction

I have been making this for years and granted the calories and fats are higher, I make this recipe when the rest of my day has been pretty low calorie and it goes great with some whole wheat french bread and a green salad! The kids love it! I have been making this for years and granted the calories and fats are higher, I make this recipe when the rest of my day has been pretty low calorie and it goes great with some whole wheat french bread and a green salad! Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 12 oz can
    Ground beef, lean, 1 lb
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Black Olives, small can
    Mushrooms, canned, small can

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet
Boil noodles while ground beef is cooking
Strain noodles and add ground beef, tomato sauce, olives and mushrooms
Heat thoroughly
Add cheese until melted in
Serve with a salad and some french bread
