Introduction

Great and tasty way to sneak some veggies into your day! Great and tasty way to sneak some veggies into your day!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    15 oz can of pumpkin
    2 C milk
    2/3 C sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients together by hand in pitcher or milk jug. (If you use a blender, it will be foamy. ) Can add more milk to get desired consistency. Some people prefer it thinned out a bit. Also, easily use sugar substitute to cut down on calories if you would like.
