Introduction

Casseroles are easy, inexpensive and my kids have enver said no to 1! Casseroles are easy, inexpensive and my kids have enver said no to 1!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    1.5 lbs. Beef Top Sirloin (Boneless, cooked and chopped)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    8 oz peas frozen or canned
    8 oz corn frozen or canned
    I cup Cheddar, shredded
    1 cup mozzerella, shredded
    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni noodles

Directions

Cook beef any way you like, I prefer pan frying
Mix all ingredients in large caserole or nonstick baking pan.
Pop it in the oven for about 90 mins or until noodles are tender
There will be a small amount of liquid left in pan from the meat
