Spinach Dip

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Frozen Spinach
    1 pkg. Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
    2 cups Low Fat Plain Yogurt
    1/2 cup Light Mayonaise

Directions

Makes an ample amount of servings.
This tastes great with baked tortilla, pita chips, pretzels, or crackers.

1. Thaw spinach
2. Mix together yogurt and soup mix.
3. Gradually mix in mayo for thickness.
4. Drain spinach completely, this can be done by placing it between a clean towel.
5. Stir spinach into mixture and stir until well blended.
6. Chill overnight or at least 3 hours.
