Ingredients

2 cups of my Basic Veggie Soup recipe. Minimum of broth.
1 Green Pepper, diced
15 oz can of tomatoes with juice
6 oz of ground Low Fat turkey or chicken - browned
Optional Seasoning: Paprika, Oregano
Should not need salt.
Directions
thaw basic veggie soup. Add diced green pepper and simmer until tender. Brown ground turkey in skillet that has be sprayed with PAM.
Add the browned turkey to the soup base and simmer. Prepare the pasta of choice and add to the soup base. Serve with optional Parmesan cheese.
