Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Mustard Greens, 500 grams
    Spinach, fresh, 300 grams
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .2 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Sunflower Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp

Directions

Boil both the greens till soft. Remove excess water and mash the leafy vegetables well and reserve.
Heat oil and add ginger, green chillies and broken red chillies and tomatoes cook it till tomatoes ar well cooked and mashed.
Add the mashed greens and salt.

Simmer for at least 10 minutes. and serve hot.
