Introduction

MY HUSBAND IS A FILIPINO AND THIS IS A TRADITIONAL PHILIPPINE DISH WHICH EVERYONE OF ALL CULTURES WILL LOVE MY HUSBAND IS A FILIPINO AND THIS IS A TRADITIONAL PHILIPPINE DISH WHICH EVERYONE OF ALL CULTURES WILL LOVE

Ingredients

    16 oz london boil sliced thin
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup low soduim soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tblsp oil
    2 large onions sliced


Directions

in large bowl combine soy sauce lemon juice garlic and black pepper add sliced beef and mix cover and marinate at least 30 minutes preferabbly 4 hours (CAN ALSO MARINATE IN ZIPLOC BAG)

SLICE ONIONS AND SET ASIDE

HEAT SAUTE PAN ADD 1 TBLSP OIL AND ONION SAUTE UNTIL LIGHTLY COOKED BUT STILL A LITTLE BIT OF A CRUNCH-REMOVE SET ASIDE

IN SAME PAN SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY AND IN BATCHES COOK MEAT REMOVE SET ASIDE ADD LIQUID MEAT WAS MARINATED IN AND BRING TO A BOIL SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES ADD MEAT BACK TO PAN AND ONION COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES

SERVE 3 OZ MEAT PER PERSON AND ONION
