Protein & Fibre Pancakes

Introduction

I make these for weekend breakfasts. My boyfriend can't even tell they are high protein :) hehe I make these for weekend breakfasts. My boyfriend can't even tell they are high protein :) hehe
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    1/2 C. ww pancake mix
    1/2 C. minute oats
    1/4 C. bran flakes
    1 Tbsp. Flax seeds
    1 Scoop Protein Powder (low carb is best!)
    1Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

    Wet Ingredients:
    1/2 C. Milk (skim is best)
    1/4 C. Almond Milk
    1/4 C. Soy Milk
    1/4 C. Egg Whites (or 2 full eggs, optional)
    1/2-1 C. Warm Water.

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together and blend thuroughly. Mix all milks together in a measuring cup, and slowly add to dry ingredients. Next, add in the egg whites.

Finish by adding the water to get the desired pancake consistency.

Heat a large skillet and drop batter onto it. Flip pancake when bubbles have formed and poped on the top! Voila!
