Tangy Pork Chops

Introduction

I copied the ingredients from another user's recipe, but reduced it to be 3oz of pork per serving. I copied the ingredients from another user's recipe, but reduced it to be 3oz of pork per serving.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Boneless Pork Chops, fat trimmed 12 oz
    Cider Vinegar, .5 cup
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Worsteshire Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the pork chops together. Pour over pork chops and marinate for 15 minutes for a light vinegar flavor OR up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor. Cook as usual (about 6 minutes each side at med-high heat.) Make sure you reach safe meat temperatures.
