Introduction

This is my Aunt Shirley's recipe, except I split the sugar into half sugar, half splenda. This is my Aunt Shirley's recipe, except I split the sugar into half sugar, half splenda.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    *Splenda, 5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 3 MASHED
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1/2 stick

Directions

Beat egg and add sugar & melted butter. add bananas. add flour soda and salt and add to mixture. divide into 18 muffin cups and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Occasionally I add in flax seeds, dried cranberries and/or chocolate chips.
