This was a very simple recipie! My whole family like it! I just grilled some fresh veggies and new red potoaotes to serve with it....leftovers heat up well and are very versitile for including in other recipies. Thanks for sharing!
My grandma taught me to make a very similar recipe. Instead of making it in the crock-pot, she wraps it in tin foil (very tightly, usually multiple layers). I also add tones of carrots and potatoes around the roast. They cook all day and taste SO good!
I have not tried this but make one very similar to this. In addition to the lipton soup just add two cans of golden mushroom soup and portobella mushrooms. It makes the best gravy and everyone loves it. The calories change significantly though.
