Introduction

I have lightened up one of my mom's staple recipes by using light mayo. You can lighten it up further by using a sugar substitute if you like the taste. Just add to a bag of pre-packaged shredded cabbage and you have a quick and easy slaw. Everyone that tastes it seems to like it. Ingredients

    1/2 cup of light mayonaise
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Add a bag of pre-packaged shredded cabbage and you have slaw.
