Ingredients

    1 pkg Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Fusilli
    6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 onion, diced
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 yellow and 1 red bell pepper large diced
    1 cup snow peas cut in half
    6 chichen sausage links pre-cooked, sliced into rounds
    Fresh ground pepper
    Grated Romano cheese (optional)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook sausage and slice into coins. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute' 5-6 minutes or until tender. Add peppers and snow peas. Saute' 3-4 minutes or until just softened. Add sausage and saute' for 2-3 minutesto heat through. Toss fusilli with sausage mixture. Season to taste with pepper and serve with a sprinkling of cheese.
