Introduction

This is a delicious way to cook fish fo rhtoses of you , like me, that are not a big fan of fish. This is a delicious way to cook fish fo rhtoses of you , like me, that are not a big fan of fish.

Ingredients

    1 fillet of Cod
    1/4 Cup dehydrated Potatoes mashed
    1 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat,
    1/2 tbsp Fresh Chives chopped

Directions

Slther cod with reduced fat sour cream. Dredge in dehydrated mashed potato flakes. Sprinkle top with fresh chives. Place cod on foil covered cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 34-40 minutes or until top is brown abd fish is cooked through.
