Introduction

I threw this together while hungry one night in college. Ever since it has been my go-to fix for snacks, nachos, burritos, or anything mexican. Quick, easy, low cal and it fills you up! I threw this together while hungry one night in college. Ever since it has been my go-to fix for snacks, nachos, burritos, or anything mexican. Quick, easy, low cal and it fills you up!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can Rotel diced tomatos with chiles and lime juice
    2 tbsp cilantro
    1/2 cup salsa

Directions

Throw everything in a pot. Mix with a spoon and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until some of hte liquid evaporates.
