Quinoa Hot Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients

    2 cups water
    2 cups rice milk
    2 cups dry Quinoa
    2 small apples peeled
    2 tbsp cinnamon
    2 cup frozen or fresh fruit of choice

Directions

Bring to boil water, rice milk, and chopped apple. Add Quinoa and reduce to medium heat. add frozen berries and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat for 12 minutes stirring occasionally
