Ingredients

    3 cups red cabbage
    1 apple, fugi, gala or other firm tart apple
    2 tbs. cider vinager
    1 oz apple juice concentrate or apple cider

Directions

shred cabbage and chop apple into small pieces. place all ingredients in a sauce pan. bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender about 15 minutes.
