Introduction

Ingredients

    approx. 3 cups Butternut squash
    1.5 cups Red lentils
    1 chopped onion
    2 T. olive oil
    6 cups chicken broth (or veg. broth for vegan)

Directions

Sautee onion in olive oil. Add broth, lentils, and squash. Cook until all is tender. Cool and blend. Add salt to taste.
