Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c olive oil
    1/2 c garlic herb parmesan cheese
    1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

1. Mix garlic with oliveoil. Place in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together. place in shallow dish.
3. Dip chicken in garlix mixture and and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
4. Bake in an ungreased 13x9" baking pan at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serves 4.

    The number of calories is dependent on how big a chicken breast you use.

    Also, the amount of olive oil listed is too much. I make something very similar that only takes about 1 T of olive oil for 4 breasts, a quarter of what is called for here. Just brush breasts with oil, add raw garlic, &bake - 11/13/08

  • I made a few modifications but this recipe is super yummy!! I used egg whites instead of the oil and used light parmesan, garlic powder, chili powder and crushed crackers. I sprayed my baking sheet with Pam and baked it... It was incredible... it also works great on top of spaghetti DH loved it!! - 11/6/08
