Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 1.33 cup (remove)
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

brown ground turkey. added taco seasoning 2/3 cup water simmer for 10 min. Add in 3/4 cup of enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese. Add filling to corn tortillas and roll lying face down in 9x13 pan. Top with remainder of sauce and cheese. Bake for 25 min covered or until hot.
