Introduction

Simple high protein tuna salad Simple high protein tuna salad
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One can of tuna (drained)
    2 Tbsp of salsa
    1 Tbsp of Italian dressing
    (optional) bread to make it a sandwich!

Directions

Drain can of tuna, mix all together, and eat! I was surprised at how much I liked it!

  • I really liked this idea! I was craving tuna but I didn't have any mayo and came across this recipe. It's really good! I didn't have Italian dressing, but I had some olive oil and various vinegars, so I threw some of those in there. I also added some oregano. Good stuff! - 6/26/09
