Big Pot Chili

Introduction

Hot Chili Hot Chili
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *For Chili:

    1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
    Beans 4 or 5 cans Kidney, Pinto or Black Beans. Use one kind or mix them up.
    2 or 3 Big cans Diced Tomatoes
    1 Big Onion
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 Jar of Salsa mild or hot
    2 Green Chile Peppers "without the seeds"
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 pack Chili Powder
    Cayenne Pepper
    2 tsp. Oregano
    2 tsp. Thyme
    Salt as needed

Directions

*Cook Chili:
In a Big Pot, Simmer for 1 hour on low heat.

You need: Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Salsa, Green Chile Peppers, Bell Pepper, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper & Salt as needed.

*Cook Beef:
Cook Extra Lean Ground Beef with Oregano, Thyme & Salt as needed. Drain & dry grease off beef. This will cut back on the fat intake.

*Add
Ground Beef to Chili after the Chili is done for less grease.
