Introduction

easy to make with store bought whole wheat pizza dough. easy to make with store bought whole wheat pizza dough.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz
    Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 4 oz
    Pizza Crust Dough,4 servings
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce 1 1/3 cup

Directions

Defrost spinach. Drain as much water out as possible by squeezing spinach. Combine drained spinach with cheeses. Divide pizza dough into 4 portions.
Stretch each out into a 4x8 rectangle. Divide filling and place 1/4 on one end of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling and pull bottom edges over top and press to seal.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden. Serve with tomato sauce on side. (included in nutritional info).
