Flax chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1.25 cup
    Natures Nutritious seed ground flax, 8 tbsp/1/2 cup
    hershey chipits chocolate chips -, 8 tbsp / 1/2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup
    *Fry's Cocoa, 1/4 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a bowl, mix together
Flour
Ground Flax
chocolate chips
sugar
cocoa
Baking powder
Salt
3. in a separate bowl , combine:
Milk
Oil
Vanilla
Egg beaten
4. Add milk mixture to flour mixture stir gently until thoroughly moistened
5. Spary muffin tin or line with muffin liners
6. fill muffin cups with 1/4 of batter
7. Bake for 20 minutes ( or until toothpick come out clean)
8 Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
