Turkey Taco Skillet

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can Tomato soup
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup water
    6 corn tortillas cut into 1" pieces
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook turkey until well browned, stiring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, salsa, water, tortillas. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
